Native to the central plains and rocky slopes of North America. Great Plains Yucca (Yucca glauca) is one of the tough, cold-hardy evergreen succulents. Featuring fine, bayonet-like foliage with curly white fibrous threads along the leaf margins, it forms a sharp, structural sphere that adds dramatic architectural contrast to gravel beds, rock gardens, and sharply drained borders.
